1. BROSH's Vanilla / Basic apps: CRM / Sales App, Service App, Marketing App, Finance app. All the Vanilla Apps are included during the free trial and with the standard + premium licenses
2. Standard support: Monday - Thursday 9:00-20:00 IDT; Friday 9:00-17:00 IDT. Technical assistance in up to 3 business days for top severity issues. There is a 5-seats minimum for orgs with 50+ employees. There is a 10-users minimum for orgs with 200+ employees. There is a 20-seats minimum for orgs with 400+ employees.
3. Premium support: Sunday - Friday 9:00-22:00 IDT. Technical assistance in up to 1 business day for top severity issues. There is a 5-seats minimum for orgs with 50+ employees. There is a 10-seats minimum for orgs with 200+ employees. There is a 20-seats minimum for orgs with 400+ employees.
